Avaasi Jewelry Party Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Avaasi Jewelry Parties. By submitting a booking request and placing a deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless, beautiful, and stress-free experience for every client.

Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your event date once availability is confirmed.

  • Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the scheduled event date.


Payment

  • Deposit is paid via the Avaasi website after date confirmation.

  • Full balance is payable via Zelle or another agreed method prior to the event.

  • All selected add-ons apply to all participants unless otherwise stated.

  • All functions booked will receive an email confirmation with receipt of payment and terms and conditions.
  • All Prices Quoted include mobile party service, setup, and Jewelry Designer as an instructor.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.

  • The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

  • No changes can be made after confirmation and no responsibility for absent guests or no-show guests.
  • If you wish to change the date of the event booked, please contact us ASAP to arrange and we will try to accommodate you.
  • Should you wish to cancel the Avaasi Jewelry making party booked after paid in full, the amount will be credited to use within a year, any cancellations on the day of event will not be credited.

Travel & Location

  • Complimentary travel is included within 15 miles of Highland Park, Illinois.

  • Experience & Responsibility

    • Avaasi Jewelry Parties are guided mini masterclasses led by a professional jewelry designer.

    • Avaasi is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the event.

    • Participants are responsible for handling tools and materials with care. 

    Photography & Promotion (Optional – include if you want)

    • With permission, Avaasi may use photos from events for website and social media promotion.

    • Client privacy is always respected.

  • Events located beyond 15 miles are subject to an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed after the address is provided.

    Setup Requirements

    • The host is responsible for providing:

      • A table and chairs for all participants

      • A table approximately 6–8 feet long for groups of 6–8 guests

    • Avaasi provides all jewelry-making materials, tools, trays, and curated setup.


    Age & Participants

    • Parties are designed for ages 9 and up, including teens and adults.

    • We recommend groups of 6–8 participants for the most engaging experience.


    Add-Ons & Customization

    • Any add-ons selected during booking must be specified in the “Tell us about your party” field.

    • Add-ons apply to every participant in the group unless otherwise noted.



    Agreement

    By submitting your booking request and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
