Important Details
Setup Requirement:
To create a comfortable and beautifully styled jewelry-making experience, hosts are asked to provide a table and chairs for the participants. A table approximately 6–8 feet in length is ideal for groups of 6–8 guests.
Travel
Complimentary travel is included within 15 miles of Highland Park, IL.
For events beyond this distance, a $40 travel fee will apply and will be confirmed after reviewing your event address.
Refreshments
Light refreshments may be provided by the host. Jewelry-making materials and all tools will be fully supplied by Avaasi.
Payment Schedule & Deposit
To ensure a calm, luxurious, and perfectly prepared Avaasi Jewelry Party, please follow this schedule:
1️⃣ Deposit – $200 (non-refundable)
Due immediately after your date is confirmed.
Secures your party on our calendar.
2️⃣ Full Balance – Remaining Amount
Due 5 days before your scheduled party.
This ensures all materials, keepsakes, and add-ons are curated and ready for each participant.
Payment may be made via Zelle for a seamless, fee-free experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
