REPAIRS
We hope that you will wear and love your AVAASI pieces for many years to come, and are happy to help you maintain or repair your pieces as needed. Each piece is made by hand. We know things happen that are beyond our control, and pieces can break. We inspect every piece carefully before shipping. We are always happy to repair any damages due to our fault in production for free. And wherever possible we will make repairs at no cost to you within one year of purchase. We may not be able to replace elements with the exact same element because many are completely one of a kind, but we will do our best to replace or repair with similar materials. Please email us with photos of the problem at info@avaasi.com as soon as you can if you need a repair. Please note that due to the nature of the materials, some chains and pendants are fragile. All AVAASI Jewelry should be handled and worn with care. Customer must provide all original documentation from purchased goods, and the repair turn-around will be 4-6 weeks unless otherwise noted. If jewelry was purchased and received more than 30 days ago, our jewelers will evaluate the item in our studio, which may take 1-2 weeks, and we will contact you with a quote for any repair fees. EXCHANGES
We want you to love your AVAASI NY pieces and understand occasionally the item might not match your expectations. Please call 2246220593, or email info@avaasi.comIn the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item’s availability. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.Upon receipt of returned goods, Avaasi reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the exchange policy requirements.Please make sure to read the description and look at all the visual details of the piece in the photographs BEFORE purchasing. We try to include as many details as possible for each listing so you will know what you are ordering. If there is a question email us at info@avaasi.com before purchasing and we will get back to you very quickly with answers. Please email us before mailing anything back to us. Any pieces sent back for return, exchange or store credit will need to be wrapped and packaged in a similar manner to how it was originally shipped to you. Use a shipping service that provides tracking while in transit. Return postage is non refundable.
RETURNS
At this time, all sales on www.avaasi.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you with you to answer any concerns before making a purchase.If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from www.avaasi.com.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
